I don't have any current listings. Can I display sold listings?
Yes! You may display any listings you like. Please be sure to follow your area's laws as well as the rules of your MLS, real estate board, and real estate brokerage.
How do I add the "My Real Estate" tab to my profile?
That's easy! Click on the "+" tab next to your Wall, Info, and Photos tabs on your profile page. After clicking the "+" tab, go down to the search box and type in "CenterStage." Click on the application, and it appears on your tabs. You may also move the tab left or right by dragging the tab to the left or right. I want to upload images.
What types of images may I upload and how big can they be?
We made this very easy! You may submit nearly any type of image. The most common for pictures are .jpg, .gif, .tif, and .pdf files. Your images may be as large as 5 megabytes. We will automatically resize them for you to make them load quickly on the internet.
I want to move the application to another place on my Facebook pages.
OK, click on the edit button in the corner of the application box. A menu will pop up, and you may send the application to your boxes tab. Alternatively, you may move the box up and down slightly on your profile page. Just click (hold the mouse button down) and drag the box to where you like. Facebook controls which areas of the page this box can be displayed.
I don't have any pictures yet. Can I still upload a listing?
Yes! We will display a default image as a placeholder until you can upload your new photos.
Do you keep my credit card information?
No. Our credit card processing is completely handled by authorize.net. We do not keep any information you provide on the secure online purchase pages.
How does an automatically recurring subscription work?
When your CenterStage for Real Estate Agents subscription ends, it will automatically renew with the payment information you provided at signup. You may cancel at any time during your subscription. You will have access to the service until your subscription ends, and you will not be re-billed.
I cancelled my account, and want to re-subscribe. How can I do that?
Simply select the subscription you'd like and make your payment. Your account will be instantly accessible! Additionally, your listings are all saved and will re-appear with your new membership. Add more, edit the existing listings, or delete them with ease.
What is your refund policy?
CenterStage is available for 30 days free of charge. You may choose the length of your subscription after the trial period. Subscriptions are non-refundable and automatically renew, but may be cancelled at any time.
